will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. Is a beautiful, new white stucco,
Spanish tile roof, extended stay hotel located in the heart of the North Dallas business and
residential area. All studios and suites feature full kitchens, work areas, voice
mail,wireless high speed Internet access,large spacious living and sleeping areas. All the
comforts of home for the guest looking for temporary housing. Amenities include a 24 hour
front desk, weekly housekeeping and light touch twice a week, evening security, weekly evening
reception, 24 hour exercise facility, and newly appointed sleeping accommodations.
Complimentary Continental Breakfast available for our guests.One pet is allowed per guest
room.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the
first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be
responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7
nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis.  Refresh service  
 (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is
provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of
room) on the 5th or 6th night.  This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says
longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed
with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service.
